Welcome, new board members Westminster is pleased to announce the appointments of Philip G. Ryken and George MacKenzie to the Board of Trustees. Rev. Dr. Ryken is Senior Minister of Tenth Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia and the voice of the radio program Every Last Word. New York students in Philadelphia Twenty-six students from our M.A. (Urban Mission) program in New York City were on the Philadelphia campus for a one-week intensive July 3-7. Most of these students are full-time professionals who took a week of vacation time from their jobs to immerse themselves in Apologetics and one of three other intensive modules.

Don’t miss these upcoming training opportunities:

Campus Ministry: Westminster’s Philadelphia campus hosts the 2006 Foundations of Campus Ministry Conference, August 7-10, sponsored by Reformed University Ministries.

Urban Mission: Professor John Leonard will lead a workshop on "Islam and the City" at the 2006 Christian Community Development Association National Conference in Philadelphia, September 27 to October 1.

Introduction to the founding faculty Have you visited our online Founder's Gallery? We’ve posted brief biographies and historic oil paintings of our earliest faculty. Plus, learn more with this audio of President Lillback's recent seminar, "An Introduction to the Founding Faculty of Westminster."

Speaking of our founding faculty, did you know many of their books are still in print? Since our founding, Westminster's faculty have been gifted teacher-scholars who extend the realms of theological understanding. This month, we invite you to visit Westminster Bookstore to browse a list of still-in-print works by John Murray, professor of systematic theology from 1930 to 1967.
