On the platform (left to right): Dr. Clair Davis (head not shown), professor of church history; Mr. John I. Ykema, chairman, Board of Trustees; Dr. Richard B. Gaffin, professor of biblical and systematic theology; Dr. John H. White, trustee; Dr. Peter A. Lillback, senior pastor, Proclamation Presbyterian Church; Dr. Samuel T. Korean Student Ensemble sings "Great is Thy Faithfulness."

The Westminster Brass, including professors Dr. Dan McCartney and Dr. Timothy Witmer, with guests professor Mr. Michael Kelly on drums and Mr. Robert Carwithen at the organ, help lead in worship and thanksgiving.   The Reverend Sam Ko brings greetings from SaRang Community Church, Seoul, South Korea.

Mr. Young Pyo Lee, also from SaRang Community Church, brings words of thanksgiving for the training his pastor, Dr. John Han Hum Oak, received at Westminster.    Mr. Steve Westra, president, Westra Construction, Inc., in Waupin, Wi., reminds us of the planning and labor (including unexpected rock excavation) that went before the fruit of enjoying the new center.

The Reverend Dr. Peter A. Lillback, senior pastor, Proclamation Presbyterian Church, Bryn Mawr, Pa., challenges us to remember why we are celebrating - God's goodness to us and the mission to "serve Christ and his kingdom by extending the knowledge of the glory of God in Christ until that knowledge covers the earth as the waters cover the sea."

Mr. Lowell Andreas, former trustee and benefactor of Westminster, cuts the ribbon at the entryway from the Montgomery Library into the Andreas Academic Center. Dr. Logan looks on with delight.

Mr. Young and Reverend Ko stand with Mrs. Katherine Arthur, friend of the seminary, at the ribbon cutting. Also looking on behind them are Dr. Lillback (center) and Mr. Robert Arthur (right).   Dr. Samuel Logan and Mr. Lowell Andreas shake hands in front of the plaque at the entryway into the new building.

Mr. Young, Dr. Logan, and the Reverend Ko stand just outside the SaRang Center for Missions, a room housed in the new building, and funded by SaRang Community Church, Seoul, South Korea.   Mrs. Connie Stonehouse and Mrs. Bertha Kinnaird, daughters of missionary Bruce Hunt, stand inside the SaRang Center with the Reverend Ko, Mr. Lee, and student Jin Kyu Kim. The SaRang Center houses many photos from the Bruce Hunt archives as well as the library of the late Dr. Harvie Conn, professor of urban missions.
