Korea Program

In June 2005 the Korean Institute of Biblical Counseling in Korea (KIBC) took over Westminster’s non-degreed Certificate program in Biblical Counseling, which had been offered at the Asian Center for Theological Studies and Missions (ACTS) in Seoul, Korea.

The four modules offered in the IBCK program allow students in Seoul the opportunity to gain an educational foundation in biblical counseling. Students completing all four modules will obtain a non-degreed Certificate in Biblical Counseling from the Institute for Biblical Counseling in Korea.
All modules offered in Seoul are either taught in, or translated into, Korean.

Students who wish to enter Westminster’s D.Min. in Pastoral Counseling program in Philadelphia are eligible, upon admission to that program, to transfer up to two modules from the Certificate in Biblical Counseling in Seoul into the Westminster D.Min. in Pastoral Counseling degree program in Philadelphia.
