Our Faculty

The Westminster faculty has always included the finest minds of Reformed Christianity, beginning with J. Gresham Machen, Robert Dick Wilson, Oswald T. Allis, Edward J. Young, Ned B. Stonehouse, Cornelius Van Til, and extending to the present. Today's faculty reflect an energizing mix of tradition and contemporary thought, of Reformed conservatism and incisive cultural analysis. The path their teaching paves for students is broad and branching. Their purpose is to open minds to the fullness of Scripture. Westminster's faculty are gifted teacher-scholars who extend the realms of theological understanding. Many are prolific scholars. But first and foremost they are skilled educators, dedicated to helping students learn. Whether leading spirited seminar discussions or giving willingly of their time outside the classroom, Westminster's faculty question, challenge, mentor, guide, and support their students, leading them to new insights into themselves, their faith, and their roles in service of the Lord.

Westminster is committed to Scripture and to the systematic exposition of biblical truth known as the Reformed faith.  Click here to read the pledge prescribed by our constitution for every voting member of our Faculty.
