Housing Center

Westminster's Housing Center is intended to assist incoming students in locating rooms/apartments/houses for rent in the Philadelphia area. Information on local realtors and houses for sale, as well as a list of apartment complexes near Westminster, is also available here.

Incoming students: First-time users must request a username/password to access the database of housing options. You will receive an email with your login information.

Landlords: To post a room/apartment/house for rent, please submit the form below. Rental listings will automatically expire 90 days after they have been approved for posting, but can be posted again by submitting a new form.
